Marcelo Bielsa was appointed as the Leeds United head coach in the summer.

Alioski has disclosed that Bielsa does not speak to the Leeds players directly, and that the Argentine uses his coaching staff to do the talking.
The winger told The Daily Mail: “The boss is the boss and he doesn’t speak to the players, he doesn’t say something to you on the pitch and it’s only the staff.
“It’s something different but it’s very interesting also for us players because it’s always the staff that come to say something, but it’s really nice when he comes to you and says something positive.
“He says, ‘Bravo, it’s good’ or ‘Not good. When he says something to you, you see he really understands something and when he says to do this you know you must adapt.”

Strong start
Leeds have made a strong start to the season and are at the top of the Championship table at the moment.
The West Yorkshire outfit have picked up 13 points from five matches so far this campaign.
The Whites are still unbeaten in the league, and Bielsa’s side have played the best football in the division so far this campaign.
