The West Yorkshire outfit suffered a 2-1 loss at the hands of Derby at Elland Road in the Championship.
Alioski, who can also operate as a striker, attacking midfielder or left-back, started the match and played for 84 minutes.
The Macedonia international, who joined Leeds from Lugano in the summer transfer window, has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road on Tuesday evening, hosts Leeds had 45% of the possession, took seven shots of which one was on target, and earned five corners, according to BBC Sport.
Leeds are very much in the race for the playoffs, but Thomas Christiansen’s side need to start putting together a run of positive results.
The Whites will take on Brentford away from home at Griffin Park in the Championship this weekend.
