Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to share an interesting theory regarding Pablo Hernandez after some footage of Marcelo Bielsa emerged.
The video in question shows the Argentine discussing why it’s important for a player not to respond badly after being substituted.
Bielsa claims that it shows a lack of respect for the manager when players do so, while it also shows a lack of trust in the teammate about to come on.
The ex-Marseille boss says there is no way a healthy environment can be created if players act like this.
Bielsa adds that, if players do this, then he would have every right as a manager to then react angrily to a missed chance – for example – and then friction is created.
Some Leeds fans think the Argentine’s thoughts on this topic explain why Hernandez has been left out in the wilderness.
The Spaniard kicked a bottle after being withdrawn against Leicester at Elland Road back in November.
Bielsa then left the 35-year-old out of the squad for the following game against Crystal Palace, despite the fact he was fully fit as the Yorkshire Evening Post document.
Hernandez hasn’t started a Premier League game since his angry reaction.
