Promising Tottenham Hotspur striker Shayon Harrison was back on the scoresheet last night.
Tottenham Hotspur youngster Shayon Harrison scored for the under-23 side last night as the team beat Derby County 2-0.
Harrison is regarded as Tottenham Hotspur’s most promising striker in their academy at present, but has not bee on the scoresheet over the past two months.

The 19-year-old came off the bench in Tottenham’s EFL Cup defeat against Liverpool, playing the final few minutes, his competitive first team debut.
That was back in late October, with his call-up a reward for impressing in pre-season, and scoring prolifically for the under-23s at the start of the campaign, with four goals in his opening five games.
Since then Harrison has not had many opportunities, missing two under-23 matches due to his involvement with the first team on match days, with Mauricio Pochettino integrating him with the group even if he has not made the bench.
The last two games, against Arsenal and Sunderland, Harrison played the full 90 minutes but did not manage to to score, with his last goal coming back on October 14 in a 2-1 loss to Manchester City’s under-23 team.

Last night was a welcome return to the scoresheet for the striker, flicking home a pass from the impressive Ryan Loft.
Harrison now has a creditable career record of 15 goals in 28 under-23 games, but a route to the first team will continue to be tough for him, with Harry Kane and Vincent Janssen in his path.
