Here is how we predict Liverpool and Manchester United will line up next week:

To be played on Monday 17th October 2016 at 19:00. Venue: Anfield, Liverpool

Odds: Liverpool 21/20, Draw 5/2, Man Utd 5/2

Liverpool return after the latest international break with a humdinger of a clash against Manchester United on Monday evening.

The Reds are currently fourth in the table with 16 points from their first seven matches, just two points behind leaders Manchester City. In contrast United are two points and three places worse off after a couple of early-season blips.

That said, form goes out of the window on days like this and considering the players on show it really could go either way.

Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp

One thing is almost certain, there should be goals, with Liverpool’s forward line looking devastating at times under manager Jurgen Klopp and United finally finding their top gear in recent weeks.

In early team news, Liverpool are without Joe Gomez and Sheyi Ojo while there are minor doubts regarding Adam Lallana, Dejan Lovren and Nathaniel Clyne. That said all three are rated at 75 per cent to be ready if called on.

As for United, Phil Jones is unavailable while Luke Shaw and Henrikh Mkhitaryan may not be risked for this encounter despite being close to full fitness.
