Former Tottenham Hotspur first team coach Chris Ramsey has told Sky Sports’ The Debate that he thinks Spurs are still adjusting to life at Wembley – but has predicted that they will turn their form around soon.

Spurs picked up a 1-1 draw at Watford on Saturday afternoon, as Son Heung-min equalised after Christian Kabasele’s opener, with Mauricio Pochettino’s men still struggling for form.

Since the international break, Tottenham have picked up just two points from four Premier League games, and their recent run without a win has seemingly ruled them out of the title race.

League leaders Manchester City have now pulled 18 points clear of Spurs in the Premier League table, and Tottenham are now closer to bottom club Crystal Palace than they are to City.

Even a top four finish is far from guaranteed right now, given the strength of teams like Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United, and Tottenham need to turn their form around quickly.

Now, former Tottenham Hotspur first team coach Chris Ramsey has told Sky Sports’ The Debate that he thinks Spurs are having their dip in form for the season, with all teams expected to suffer a mini-slump at some point.

Ramsey also highlighted that Spurs are still struggling to adjust to life at Wembley, especially with teams raising their game there, but predicts that Tottenham will turn their form around sooner rather than later.

“I think this might just be their dip,” said Ramsey. “All the teams are going to take a dip. It’s very difficult to play at a new stadium, because I think it makes it a leveller. Teams are going to go there, they’re up for it, they’re at Wembley, some of those players will never play there this many times in their career, and the Tottenham players are getting used to the stadium. I’m sure that they’ll pull it back around, they’ve done brilliantly in the Champions League,” he added.
