Ex-Sheffield Wednesday man warns Leeds United over upcoming fixtures.
Former Sheffield Wednesday defender Andy Hinchcliffe has warned Leeds United fans not to expect six points from their upcoming fixtures.
After a disappointing loss to Brentford at the weekend, Leeds are hoping to bounce back with consecutive home games, and get their tenure under Darko Milanic off to a positive start.
Hinchcliffe does not believe they are necessarily going to be able to do that against Reading and Sheffield Wednesday.
He told SkySports: “Milanic, funnily enough he could be under more pressure at home.
“Against Reading, Leeds fans will think, right we’ve got a new manager he should know his stuff, 6 points.
“It’s not going to be straightforward.”
He also criticised the side’s defending against Brentford, adding:
“You can’t defend like that. backing off all the time, you’ll give away goals in this division.”
