Nedum Onouha could be set for a switch to Real Salt Lake after leaving QPR in June

Onouha departed Loftus Road earlier this summer and is set for talks with Real Salt Lake after serving the QPR for six-and-a-half-years.
Fan-favourite Onouha had been linked with a move to Championship side Hull City earlier this summer but a move never came to fruition.
The former Manchester City defender would make a fine acquisition for Real Salt Lake and if talks go well, a deal could be pushed over the line very soon.

Onouha, 31, signed for QPR in January 2012 and went on to make 207 league appearances for the R’s and tasted promotion to the Premier League in 2014.
Fans of the west Londoners will still be feeling frustrated more wasn’t done to convince Onouha to stay – especially after shipping 13 goals in their opening four league games – but it appears the player himself wanted to try a new venture.

Onouha can play as either right-back or centre-back, something of which Salt Lake will look to utilise if he decides to join them.
