A surprise signing for the newly promoted La Liga side, the Sweden international spent last season on loan at Celtic but opted against signing a permanent deal with the Bhoys.
Now in Spain, the 23-year-old has impressed for Celta in pre-season so far, with three goals for his new employers in a series of cameo displays off the bench.
These performances have prompted the fansite Moiceleste.com to dub Guidetti the Microwave.
The nickname references to legendary NBA star Vinnie Johnson, who made a habit of scoring a high number of points in a short space of time.
With Celta Vigo starting the season against Levante on Sunday, Guidetti will be keen to hit the ground running – as he did at Celtic.
