Celtic could see Youssouf Mulumbu return to Scotland.

According to The Sun, Aberdeen are interested in offering former Celtic midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu a return to Scottish football.
The Dons were smashed 4-0 by Celtic on Sunday, and Derek McInnes is now seemingly looking to explore potential free agent signings.
His midfield options have been decimated of late, meaning he’s been forced to play defenders Zak Vyner and Greg Leigh in midfield.
That isn’t sustainable, and boss McInnes is looking at Mulumbu having seemingly ruled out a move for ex-Portsmouth and West Ham man Gary O’Neil.
Mulumbu, 32, is a free agent having been released by Celtic at the end of last season, with no role to play at Parkhead under Neil Lennon.
The DR Congo ace was signed by Brendan Rodgers in August 2018 after impressing at Kilmarnock, but he quickly became a misfit at Parkhead and made just three appearances for the Bhoys.

Rodgers allowed Mulumbu to head back out on loan to Kilmarnock in January of this year, but by the time Mulumbu returned to Celtic, Rodgers had moved on to Leicester and Lennon had replaced him.
Mulumbu will be looking for a new club, and a chance to return to Scottish football may be appealing to him, especially if Aberdeen can offer him consistent playing time.
