Adam Lallana has told BBC Radio 5 Live that there isn’t major cause for concern at Tottenham Hotspur just yet.
The Lilywhites were held to a 0-0 draw away to Eintracht Frankfurt in their third Champions League outing of the season last night.
Spurs went into the game on the back of a 3-1 defeat away to Arsenal in the North London derby and there is a sense that Tottenham’s early-season victories are beginning to slow down a little.
Prior to Frankfurt, their previous Champions League encounter was also a 2-0 defeat at Sporting Lisbon.

However, Lallana has been watching the North Londoners enough this season to know that this isn’t a cause for ‘panic stations’ among Antonio Conte’s side, claiming they’re still playing well enough.
He said: “Every time I’ve watched Spurs this season, they’ve been brilliant and effective. Even though they’ve drawn a blank tonight, and against Sporting in their last group game, as long as they’re creating chances that’s all that matters. There won’t be any panic stations just yet.”
Despite a couple of underwhelming results, Conte’s troops remain second in their Champions League group and therefore all is not lost.
Tottenham will still be favourites to progress into the last 16 because they still have to face Sporting and Frankfurt in North London, and Marseille in France.
The Lilywhites are back in domestic action on Saturday with a tricky visit to Brighton & Hove Albion.
