Newcastle United are looking for a new striker in the January transfer window.

Remy impressed during a loan spell with Newcastle during the 2013/14 season, when he netted 14 goals in 26 games.
Remy is now said to want a return to the Premier League in January, as he has failed to settle in Las Palmas.

Remy only moved to the La Liga side in the summer, and he has scored five goals in just 13 appearances, but he is already looking for an exit.
And everything may have aligned to allow Remy to return to St. James’ Park.

Newcastle need a striker badly, Remy would fit in with their budget, and the move back to Tyneside would surely appeal.
Rafael Benitez should, therefore, seriously consider making a move for Remy, as the former Chelsea man would have the potential to fire the Magpies away from the drop zone and towards safety.
