According to Sky Germany, Bayern Munich prodigy Jamal Musiala is close to signing a new contract at the Allianz Arena.
That news will presumably come as a blow to Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp.
Why? Well, the Daily Mail recently revealed that the Reds are interested in signing the 17-year-old, with Klopp said to be a huge admirer.
However, it now looks as if the teenager will remain in Germany.
Sky Sports reporter and transfer expert Max Bielefeld even revealed the date when Musiala will put pen to paper.
Sky Germany quote Bielefeld as saying: ‘Our information is that everything has been negotiated. He should sign this on his birthday at the end of February.’
It is also mentioned in Sky Germany‘s report that Musiala’s value has risen to €20 million (£18 million).

The England Under-21 international’s development under Hansi Flick is going better than anyone surely would’ve expected.
The teenager is already getting plenty of first-team football, and has made 11 Bundesliga appearances so far this season.
Two of those have been starts, while Musiala has three goals to show for his efforts in Germany’s top-flight.

Bayern Munich’s No.42 has also made three appearances in the Champions League this term.
Who knows? Perhaps Musiala could end up at Anfield one day.
For now though, it looks like the exciting prospect will be staying with the European champions.
