Tony Adams has spoken highly about the ‘super’ Bukayo Saka after Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Manchester United on Saturday.

The Highbury legend claimed that ‘everything goes through’ Saka and when Arsenal are playing well he is the one ‘causing damage’, as he told Premier League Productions.

For the second game running, Saka scored from the penalty spot, as Mikel Arteta and his players made it back-to-back wins in the Premier League.

Only last week, they were losing at home to Brighton and the fans were on the floor questioning if a possible top-four finish was slipping away from them.

But, during these past few days, the players have answered those critics, as Adams spoke highly of the man on Arsenal’s right flank.

“Saka is such a brilliant player,” said Adams. “Everything goes through him.

“It’s really poor defending from the left-back (Telles), he gives Saka too much space there. Great ball in and Saka is just a super player.

“If we win, more than often, Saka is the one that is causing damage for us. Making the goals and scoring the goals.

“I have said all season that we have to protect him and look after him because he’s our main threat – If we win, that kid is causing trouble for the opposition. He’s scoring and he did today again. Scored the penalty and made goals. For Arsenal to get fourth, he has to be fit.”

At just 20-years-old, Saka is such an important figure for Arsenal and one of the first names on the team sheet.

The Premier League’s top-four race is going to go down to the wire and someone like Saka is going to be very, very crucial to their end result.

In the pressure moments, it’s the England international that is stepping up and producing the goods.

To deliver the goods in such a manner, at such a young age, for your boyhood club and at such a huge club is some doing from the youngster.
