Slaven Bilic has raved about West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice in The Sun.
The former West Ham manager has said that Rice is now an unbelievable player.
The Beijing Guoan boss has said that the England international is always improving.
Bilic has added that he has been taken back by the development of Rice, who can also operate as a central defender.
The 52-year-old was the manager of West Ham from 2015 until 2017.
Bilic told The Sun: “He is unbelievable. I would be lying if I said I knew he was going to be this big so quickly. He is not stopping. The sky is the limit for him.
“Yes, he was promising and a good talent when I was at West Ham, then he trained with us and we saw how mature he was. Tell him just once. He wants to listen, to do what you asked.”
Bilic added: “Every week you see something more from him. He is ticking all the boxes now.”

Rice is now playing predominantly as a midfielder, both for England and for West Ham.
The 22-year-old is a very dynamic midfielder who can hold his own in the middle of the park.
The England international passes the ball well and connects nicely with his teammates.
Rice will be a big player for the Three Lions at the Euro 2020 finals.
It is very likely that England head coach Gareth Southgate will include Rice in the starting lineup.
