Speaking to Stadium Astro, Heung-Min Son has shared some details of what it is like to work under Antonio Conte at Tottenham Hotspur.
The Italian has now settled at Spurs, and Son says that he absolutely loves the energy he brings to the squad.
Son noted that the gaffer can be very animated on the touchline during games, and he says that it’s the same in training, stating that Conte is always shouting at Hotspur Way and sometimes he can even get angry.

Son spoke about Conte.
“No, not at all, it’s a really positive energy. I just never see him sit down, I never see him set down on the bench, he’s into it, he’s passionate, it’s like he’s playing with us sometimes. He gives so much positive energy because he’s so into it,” Son said.
“Every single training session, he’s always shouting, he’s always giving details because if someone doesn’t do what he asks for he gets angry you know? The details he asks for are really important for him and really important for us as well. Everyone is just following this direction and everyone loves it.”
Invested
There have been rumours that Antonio Conte is already looking to leave Tottenham for PSG, but, to us at least, it sounds as though he’s very invested in this project at Spurs.
The fact that Conte is shouting and getting angry in every training session may sound a bit intense, but in reality, it’s because he cares.
Conte may well leave Spurs this summer, but after hearing Son’s comments here, he can’t be accused of not giving this club everything he has during his time in north London.
