In the latest instalment looking at the most exciting prospects coming through at certain clubs according to Football Manager 2017, HITC Sport takes a look at the most promising teenagers that are currently hoping to make the grade with Everton.

Tom Murphy (GK)

The youngster is one of a high number of goalkeepers currently hoping to move through the ranks at Goodison Park, but according to Football Manager, he is the stopper that boasts the most potential. FM 2017 suggests that his reflexes – for which, he is currently rated 13 out of 20 – is his best attribute at the moment.

Tom Davies (CM)

The 18-year-old already has five first-team appearances under his belt, but seems destined for so many more in the future. According to Everton’s official website, his current contract runs until 2021, and judging by his potential on Football Manager 2017, it is not difficult to see why the Toffees have tied him down for so long. His best attribute on FM 2017 is his marking which perhaps suggests that he may be looking to hold down a place in the side just in front of the defence.

Unlike Davies, Dowell is still awaiting the opportunity to add to his tally of appearances for the first-team since Ronald Koeman’s arrival, but it would not be a surprise if that fact changed in the near future. The 19-year-old has been a somewhat prolific goalscorer for the youth side in the past, so perhaps it may not be too long before he is pushing someone like Ross Barkley for a place in the team.
