Sky Bet are already offering odds on Everton’s next manager, after the Toffees’ latest defeat at the hands of Burnley.

Ronald Koeman’s team have now lost four of their seven Premier League matches this season, and have only taken a point from Europa League games against Atalanta and Apollon Limassol.

As a result, many Everton fans have lost patience with the Dutchman, who has today been backed by owner Farhad Moshiri nonetheless.

Head coach Carlo Ancelotti of FC Bayern Muenchen attends the Audi Cup 2017 Press Conference at Westin Grand Hotel on July 31, 2017 in Munich, Germany.

But the bookmakers are still preparing for Koeman’s exit, and have installed Carlo Ancelotti as 6/1 favourite to succeed the Toffees boss, having been sacked by Bayern Munich last week.

Everton Under-23s coach David Unsworth is next at 8/1, with Bournemouth’s Eddie Howe right behind him at 10/1.

Everton U23 manager David Unsworth (L) arrives before the Premier League 2 match between Sunderland and Everton at the Hetton Centre on January 8, 2017 in Sunderland, England.

Luis Enrique, formerly of Barcelona, is 12/1, ahead of another member of the Toffees’ backroom team, Duncan Ferguson, and Newcastle’s former Liverpool manager, Rafa Benitez, both of whom are 14/1. David Wagner of Huddersfield Town, Mark Hughes of Stoke City, Sean Dyche of Burnley and Aitor Karanka, formerly of Middlesbrough, are all 18/1.
