Everton are heavily linked with the Barcelona star this summer.

Everton boss Marco Silva has admitted to The Star that it won’t be easy to sign Barcelona’s Lucas Digne this summer.
The Toffees are heavily linked with a move for Digne and The Daily Mail reported on Monday that Everton’s Director of Football Marcel Brands had flown out to Catalunya to try and secure an £18 million transfer.
Silva and Brands completed their first signing of the summer on Tuesday after Richarlison joined the Goodison Park side for a reported £40 million.
And the Portuguese manager confirms that the Merseyside club are ‘trying’ to follow that one up by signing the French defender.
He told The Star: “Digne is not at the club he is at by luck. This will not be easy, but we will try.”
The talented left-back, who earns £55,000 per week with the Primera Division giants [Silly Season], would be an excellent signing and one who would surely displace Leighton Baines.
Baines has been a fantastic servant for Everton down the years, but he turns 34 in December and Silva is right to be plotting his successor.
