The Everton Under-23s manager could be in contention for another League One role.

Everton Under-23s manager David Unsworth is among the early contenders to succeed Karl Robinson as Charlton Athletic manager.
Robinson, the former Liverpool coach, left Charlton by mutual consent on Thursday, with Lee Bowyer taking temporary charge alongside Johnnie Jackson.

And while Bowyer (7/4) is favourite to land the role long-term with Sky Bet, there are others in the frame according to the bookmaker.
Another with links to Liverpool, Harry Kewell, is behind Bowyer at 2/1, with Unsworth (10/1) third in the running.

Unsworth, whose Everton U23s were crowned Premier League 2 champions last season, was recently linked with a move to Charlton’s League One rivals, Oxford United.
The 44-year-old was later said to have turned down the U’s, who now look set to appoint Robinson as boss.
Unsworth’s only senior management experience came during two spells as Everton caretaker.
Should Charlton go for Unsworth as manager?
