The Hull City winger would surely be an underwhelming acquisition for Everton.
Toffees boss Ronald Koeman has already made some superb signings this summer, spending in excess of £100 million in the process, and the Dutchman is by no means finished with his business just yet.
The latest player linked with a move to Goodison Park, however, is a rather underwhelming one, considering Everton’s ambitious approach to this summer’s transfer window.
According to the Mirror, the Merseyside outfit are willing to pay £7.7 million to secure the services of Hull City winger Kamil Grosicki.

The 29-year-old Poland international joined the Tigers from Rennes in January of this year, but hardly set the Premier League alight, failing to score a single goal and registering just three assists in 15 outings for the Humberside outfit.
The Toffees are hardly short of funds following the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United, and despite Koeman’s desperate need for a winger, they can undoubtedly do better than Grosicki.
The Dutchman places high importance on his forward players aggressively pressing form the front, and in order to make that possible, he should be targeting young, energetic players.
Someone in the mould of Leicester City’s Demarai Gray would be a far better signing for the Blues, for both now and with one eye on the future.
There is still three weeks remaining until the new Premier League season kicks off, and Everton will surely be highly active in the transfer market from now until then, but Grosicki is a player who they would be better off in avoiding.
