The Chelsea striker is reportedly surplus to requirements and Everton should snap him up.

As reported by the Daily Mail back in 2014, Everton were very interested in bringing then-Standard Liege striker Michy Batshuayi to Goodison Park.
The problem was, the young Belgian had no desire to move to England midway through a campaign and when he did finally swap clubs, he headed to France, continuing his fine goal-scoring form for Marseille.
After finding the net 33 times in 78 matches for the Ligue 1 club, Batshuayi finally headed to the Premier League this summer, only to sit on the bench as Chelsea romped to the title.
On the few occasions Batshuayi took to the field for more than a few minutes, he almost invariably scored, and if Everton are looking for another sure-fire goal-scorer next season, they would be wise to try again for the 23-year-old.
As reported by ESPN earlier this week, Batshuayi looks to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge this summer, and Everton would be wise to jump to the front of the queue for his services.

If Romelu Lukaku leaves the Toffees this summer, his fellow Belgian could ease that blow significantly, and if he stays they could form a formidable partnership.
Only time will tell what Everton manager Ronald Koeman has in store, but there are few clubs in the top flight that would not be strengthened by the prolific but frustrated young forward.
