Frank Lampard’s Everton are interested in signing Miguel Almiron from Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun.
The report in the British tabloid has claimed interest in Almiron from Fulham as well, with the London club to play in the Premier League next season after winning promotion from the Championship.
Everton should think twice before signing Newcastle’s Miguel Almiron
In our view, Everton should not make a move for Newcastle United winger Miguel Almiron in the summer transfer window.
There is speculation that Newcastle want to cash in on the Paraguay international, and you have to ask why.

Newcastle are an ambitious club who could be going places in the coming years, and it seems that the Magpies do not think that Almiron, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, can be part of their long-term project.
The Paraguayan, who earns £74,000 per week as salary (SalarySport), has scored nine goals in 110 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Almiron has given only three assists and created just eight big chances in those games.
In our view, Everton would find better attacking players than Almiron in the summer transfer window.
