Incoming Everton manager Sean Dyche wants to sign Ryan Fraser from Newcastle United in the January transfer window, according to 90min.

Sean Dyche wants Newcastle winger Ryan Fraser at Everton

The report has claimed that Everton are on the verge of selling England Under-21 international winger Anthony Gordon to Premier League rivals Newcastle.

So, Dyche, who will reportedly soon be appointed as the Everton manager, wants a replacement.

And the former Burnley manager wants to bring Fraser to Goodison Park in the final days of the January transfer window.

90min have added that the 28-year-old Scotland international winger has been made available for transfer by Newcastle this month.

Get a deal done

In our view, if Everton manager Sean Dyche personally wants Ryan Fraser at Everton, then the Toffees should get a deal done with Newcastle United.

Now.

Yes, Fraser has not always had the best of times at Newcastle, but the Scotland international is a proven Premier League winger.

If Dyche thinks that the £63,000-a-week (SalarySport) Scotland international will help Everton stave off the dreaded drop to the Championship at the end of the season, then the Merseyside club should sign him up.
