Frank Lampard’s Everton are interested in signing Anthony Elanga from Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United in the January transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.

The report has claimed that Everton want to bring Elanga to Goodison Park on a loan deal from Premier League rivals Manchester United.

The Toffees have firmed up their offer of a loan deal, according to the report.

The 20-year-old is reportedly frustrated under United manager Erik ten Hag due to his lack of playing time.

Ten Hag has yet to decide if he will keep the Sweden international winger for the rest of the season or send him out on loan.

If the winger is frustrated at Old Trafford due to lack of playing time, then it is hard to see the Red Devils keep him beyond January and deny him the chance to go and play regularly elsewhere on a loan deal.

Everton are not having the best of times at the moment, but the youngster could be able to go straight into the team and make an impact.
