A select round-up of the latest news relating to Everton…

According to a report from Calcio Mercato, Everton are interested in bringing Juventus forward Mario Mandzukic to Goodison Park this summer.
The Croatia international struggled to make a significant impact in Italy last season and his game-time will be further reduced following the big-money arrival of Gonzalo Higuain, and with his future in doubt Everton manager Ronald Koeman is allegedly plotting his move.

In other news, the Daily Mail claims Everton are keeping a close eye on the contract situation of Manchester City teenager Tosin Adarabioyo.
The 18-year-old centre-back has shone for the Blues during pre-season and he is highly rated at the Etihad Stadium. But with less than 12 months remaining on his current contract he could be set to leave for free next summer.
If Everton ultimately bring him to Merseyside it would be a great piece of business for the long-term future of the side.

And finally, the Mirror claims Everton have had their £10million bid for Swansea City defender Ashley Williams rejected.
The Toffees are in need of additional defenders and the Wales international fits the bill. However the Swans are reportedly demanding an improved offer if there is to be any chance of Williams making the move to Goodison Park.
