Reports in the Portuguese press have suggested that Everton are set to be offered a swap deal for Anderson Talisca.

According to a report on A Bola, Everton are considering swapping Cenk Tosun for Anderson Talisca, but going through with the deal would be a major error.

Talisca looks set to move on in the summer, as he has enjoyed a highly impressive season on loan at Besiktas.

Besiktas have first refusal and they may snap up Talisca, just to sell him on at a profit.

The Turkish side reportedly want Tosun, and would offer Everton a trade for their striker.

However, there is absolutely no chance that Everton should even consider going through with the deal.

Anderson Talisca of SL Benfica scores a goal against CS Maritimo during the Portuguese Primeira Liga at Estadio dos Barreiros on May 8, 2016 in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

Tosun was brought to Everton in January, and initially there were concerns over how he would settle in England.

Sam Allardyce continuously overlooked the Turkish international in favour of other options, but recently Tosun has started to prove his worth.

The clinical forward has netted four goals in his last three games, to show just how valuable he could become at Goodison Park.

And there is surely no chance that Everton would go through with the trade, as it would be one of their most baffling transfer decisions for years.
