Everton are reportedly chasing Marko Arnautovic from West Ham United, as they seek to improve their squad.

According to The Sun, Everton want to sign Marko Arnautovic from West Ham United, and he would have to be considered the dream signing for the Toffees this summer.

Everton will have their work cut out agreeing any deal for the Austrian, but if they did manage to, then Arnautovic would surely be the best player they have brought in at Goodison Park in many years.

Arnautovic has been in wonderful form at West Ham this past season, and has become the Hammers talisman.

West Ham have been quick to deem him irreplaceable, and are said to have warned clubs off him.

However, Everton are reportedly set to test the water for the attacker, and if they could pull off the deal it would be a brilliant piece of business.

Arnautovic would offer flair, creativity and power to Everton’s attack and his arrival would really announce the Marco Silva era at Goodison Park.

Arnautovic would seriously improve Everton’s attacking threat, and while the deal seems a long-shot, Toffees fans should still be enthused to see their side targeting such ambitious transfers.
