Everton are said to be chasing both Domagoj Vida and Yerry Mina this summer.

The combination of Yerry Mina and Domagoj Vida could transform Everton’s defence next season.
According to Mundiario, Everton are willing to pay £44.2 million to take Mina from Barcelona this summer, while A Spor claim that the Toffees are interested in Vida.
The pair have been two of the stars of the World Cup in Russia, with both of them impressing for their respective nations.

Mina scored three goals for Colombia before they were knocked out, and Vida has been integral in helping Croatia to the final.
Mina and Vida both are very tenacious in their defensive work, and they have been hugely commanding aerially.
Everton struggled at the back last term, with Michael Keane and Ashely Williams, in particular, struggling.

There is no doubting that Marco Silva needs to improve Everton defensively, if they are to reach the top six.
And all the signs are there that Everton would be a much more sturdy team if Silva is able to pull off the double swoop and bring both Mina and Vida to Goodison Park this summer.
