Everton’s Morgan Schneiderlin faces an uncertain future at the club.

Morgan Schneiderlin has had a tough season at Everton so far and is hoping for a revival under Sam Allardyce.
He came on as a substitute against the Huddersfield at the weekend – and his performance was panned by supporters.
Schneiderlin signed for Everton last January from Manchester United for £24m and has been totally underwhelming.

Allardyce has already been linked with signing players in January, and one who makes sense is Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.
The Mail report Everton are keen on N’Zonzi, with a £25 million move suggested.
Allardyce knows N’Zonzi from his time at Blackburn Rovers, and the midfielder also has Premier League experience from his time at Stoke City.

If Everton did land N’Zonzi – and they face competition from Arsenal according to The Sun – then Schneiderlin’s days at Goodison Park will be numbered.
The two players perform a similar defensively minded midfield role, except N’Zonzi has been the better player over the past two seasons.
Schneiderlin flopped at Manchester United and barring a reverse in fortunes, his Everton career is heading the same way.
The notion Everton have identified N’Zonzi as a priority addition is an ominous sign for him.
