The Tottenham Hotspur striker could be a useful addition for Everton.

Marco Silva is building an incredibly exciting team at Everton.
Andre Gomes completed his permanent switch to the Toffees from Barcelona yesterday, and the Portuguese’s arrival will help supplement the likes of Richarlison, Theo Walcott and Gylfi Sigurdsson.
One area where Everton still need to improve, however, is their centre-forward department.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is a decent player, but it could be argued that he does not have what it takes to take the Toffees to that elusive next level.
The addition of an established hitman could be crucial to Everton’s hoops of gatecrashing the top six next season, although that will be easier said than done, considering the highly competitive nature of today’s transfer market.
And with this in mind, Silva should consider a more short-term option, but one that could prove to be very fruitful for the Merseyside outfit.
Fernando Llorente is out of contract with Tottenham this summer, and the 34-year-old could be an excellent addition for Everton.
Whilst he is not the most prolific, there are not many strikers who are better when playing with their backs to goal.

The Spaniard excels in linking play between the midfield and attack, and with some of the wonderful footballers that the Toffees have in the attacking midfield department, his talents could really come to the fore at Goodison Park.
Llorente’s availability on a free transfer makes signing him on a short-term deal a risk-free move for Everton.
And it could actually turn out to be a really astute piece of business from the Blues.
