Promising Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore would give Everton another dimension in attack.

Everton should be prepared to spend big and beat any potential Premier league competition to signing Middlesbrough winger Adama Traore in the summer.
According to the Sun, Chelsea were put off by Middlesbrough’s £20m valuation last summer, while the Hammers failed in a bid to draft Traore in during the January transfer window.
The 22-year-old has struggled in two previous Premier League spells, failing to find the net in seasons with Aston Villa and Middlesbrough – both of whom were relegated come May. Nevertheless, many feel Traore was underutilised and scapegoated in both seasons.

The Spaniard began the season slowly in the second tier, bagging just two assists across 13 league contests.
Since Tony Pulis replaced Garry Monk in late December, however, Traore has sprung into life, firing in five goals and three assists in a tremendous spell of form.

Alongside his explosive pace, the La Masia graduate is famed for his incredible dribbling skills. Completing 6.7 dribbles on average per game, his tally is almost twice as many as second placed Jeremie Boga who completes 3.6 dribbles per game.
Everton have struggled to exploit the wings all too often this campaign, with Yannick Bolasie failing to impress since his return from injury.

Former Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood recently stated that Traore ‘could go and play for Manchester City tomorrow’, highlighting just how highly the Spaniard is viewed.
If Everton are to compete for European qualifications, talents like Traore in positions they desperately need to improve are an absolute must.
