Everton boss Marco Silva has reportedly been offered Andre Schurrle.

Everton should pass on the opportunity to sign Andre Schurrle this summer.
However, Marco Silva’s side should pass up the chance to sign the German international, who cost £27 million just two years ago (ESPN).
Schurrle does have his qualities, but there has to be questions over whether he would actually improve Everton’s side.
The Toffees have shown a willingness to go after youngsters, with Wilfried Zaha linked and Richarlison set to join.
And the aforementioned pair have far more potential than Schurrle to go on to achieve great things at Goodison Park.

Schurrle is a solid option, and a proven Premier League player, but he is not the sort of signing which could push Everton on to the next level.
Schurrle would simply prove to be an option to bolster Silva’s squad, but his arrival would hardly set pulses racing on Merseyside.
And Everton would be best off ignore Dortmund’s offer and going after another target.
