The Argentine ace would be a sensational signing for Everton.
Ronald Koeman has impressed with the quality and efficiency of his transfer business so far this summer, but it could be argued that his Toffees squad is still one top quality player short of being able to challenge for a place inside the top four of the Premier League this season.
One particular area where the Dutchman would like to improve upon further still is his attacking department, with more quality needed to supplement the talents of Wayne Rooney and Davy Klaassen, and with this mind, he should consider a bold move for PSG star Javier Pastore.

The Argentine’s future at the Parc des Princes is uncertain to say the least, following Neymar’s arrival in Paris, especially after the Brazilian was presented with Pastore’s squad number.
The 28-year-old is highly talented and still has a lot to offer at the very highest level, however. He would be a superb addition to the Everton squad, and would undoubtedly add a certain level of nouse to their attacking play.
The talented attacking midfielder can play pretty much anywhere along the front-line, and his expert vision, combined with his magnificent technical ability would certainly help the Blues improve upon the potency of their play in the final third.
Attracting Pastore to Merseyside could prove difficult, but the exciting project underway at Goodison Park could very well tempt him into joining Everton.
He is under contract with the French giants for another two years, so he will still command a fairly hefty transfer fee, but following the sale of Romelu Lukaku, the Toffees should easily be able to come up with a package that would tempt the Parisians into selling.
