The Juventus star is a reported transfer target for Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, but Everton should enter the race to sign him.

Toffees boss Ronald Koeman has been making waves in the transfer market this summer, and it must be a really exciting time to be an Everton fan, what with the plethora of talented new arrivals at the club.

The Dutchman still has work to do, however, and the addition of more quality in the attacking wide areas must surely feature highly on his agenda in the month that remains between now and the start of the new Premier League campaign.

With this in mind, the Blues should consider challenging Arsenal and Tottenham for Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado, with Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport claiming that he is available for £31.1 million this summer.

The 29-year-old possesses pace in abundance, and his direct playing style would be ideally suited to the Toffees’ exciting brand of football.

He is an orthodox right winger, and would offer fantastic competition for the likes of Yannick Bolasie and Aaron Lennon at Goodison Park this term.

The former Chelsea star is an accomplished crosser of the ball, and has the ability to get in behind the opposition defence will his knack of making perfectly timed runs.

Cuadrado, with 63 international caps for Colombia to his name, possesses genuine quality – the kind that could take Everton to the next level, and help turn them into a genuine force this season.

And for the price of £31.1 million, the Blues could have themselves a real bargain, if they manage to bring the Juve star to Merseyside this summer.
