Everton attacker Ademola Lookman has not made one Premier League appearance this season.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman should seriously consider loaning out Ademola Lookman, unless he intends to use him more regularly at Goodison Park.
Lookman has been overlooked at Everton this season, despite the youngster seemingly possessing many of the qualities which the Toffees’ have lacked in attack.
Lookman is blessed with pace and trickery, and he could be just the man that Everton need to stretch opposition defences.

However, Koeman clearly has some reservations over utilising the 19-year-old in the first-team.
While it is perhaps understandable that the Everton boss wants to protect a youngster from playing in a highly pressurised environment, it does seem that his progress is being blocked by sitting on the substitutes’ bench.
Lookman is clearly very capable of playing first-team football, and he could be a real weapon for a team elsewhere.

Everton will not want to lose Lookman, but a loan move could suit all parties, if Koeman keeps overlooking the England youth international.
And, for the good of Lookman’s development, Everton should seriously consider letting the exciting talent go on a temporary spell, to ensure that he does not stagnate by just playing for their development squad.
