Everton should make a move to sign John Stones from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.

According to The Sun, Manchester City are considering selling John Stones – which should lead to Everton considering bringing him back.
City are set to offload Stones in the summer transfer window, according to reports, and if Everton really want to prove their ambition then they should seriously contemplate making a move for Stones.
Of course, there is still some ill-feeling over the way the centre back went abut his exit from Goodison Park.

But there is no question that Stones’ arrival at Everton would improve their defence.
The England international has improved since working with Pep Guardiola, and he would be an upgrade on any of their current options.

The likes of Michael Keane, Phil Jagielka and Ashley Williams have had questions marks raised over them this season.
And if Stones is available, Everton should be at the front of the queue, in attempting to bring him back to Goodison Park.
