The Lazio hitman would be an excellent addition for Everton.

Everton desperately need a new striker this summer, if they are to make a real push for the top six next season.
Marco Silva has all the makings of a really strong squad at Goodison Park, but if he fails to add an out and out goalscorer to his ranks, the Blues could struggle to make progress next term.
And with this in mind, Everton should consider a move for Lazio hitman Ciro Immobile, who could be sold this summer according to Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato.
The 29-year-old has been on fire for Lazio over the past two seasons, racking up an impressive 59 goals and 21 assists in 92 appearances in all competitions, and he would be a superb addition for the Toffees.
The Italy international does most of his best work in and around the 18-yard box, and he would add a real level of potency to Everton’s attacking play.
Immobile is a strong centre-forward who can play with his back to goal or off the shoulder of the last defender, and his arrival at Goodison Park would undoubtedly help bring out the best in the likes of Richarslion and Theo Walcott.

Italian media outlet Il Messaggero claimed in January that Everton’s bitter rivals Liverpool wanted to sign Immobile, but a move to Anfield eventually failed to materialise for the Italian.
The Mirror claims that the Lazio hitman could be sold for £45 million, and in today’s day and age, Everton should look at that as decent value for money.
He really could take the Blues to another level next season.
