Everton are said to be keen to sign the Swansea City midfielder this summer.

If Everton can sign Ki Sung-yeung from Swansea City and offload Morgan Schneiderlin in the summer, then it could be a very smart move.
Everton are reportedly interested in snapping up Ki from Swansea, according to Sky Sports.
And if they bring the South Korean in on a free transfer, while offloading Schneiderlin, it could be a great piece of business.
Schneiderlin may have improved in recent weeks, but his relationship with Everton fans may now be irreparable.

The Frenchman has been accused of lacking effort this term, and it may be best for both parties if he was let go.
If Schneiderlin does leave the Toffees, then Sam Allardyce’s side are likely to receive a sizeable fee for the defensive midfielder.
And if they then bring in Ki on a free, they will have replaced him without having to spend any money.

Ki is every bit as talented a player as Schneiderlin, and he arguably possesses a better range of passing.
If Everton could bring him in, they would surely not be any weaker for the loss of Schneiderlin.
And the money they raise from the former Manchester United and Southampton man’s sale, could then be used to improve other areas of their squad.
