Everton have been linked with Cenk Tosun of Besiktas in the January transfer window.

Everton are closing in on the signing of Cenk Tosun from Besiktas, according to The Mirror.
It has been reported that the Toffees are hopeful of securing the services of Tosun in the January transfer window after agreeing a deal with Turkish giants Besiktas.

According to the report, Everton officials held face-to-face meeting with Besiktas president Fikret Orman in London on Wednesday.
The Mirror has reported that there is confidence within the Toffees’ camp that they are close to the signing of the 26-year-old Turkey international forward.

Tosun is a good striker who would be a good signing for Everton, who need to sign a striker in the January transfer window in order to finish in the top 10 of the Premier League this season.
The former Gaziantepspor star is a proven goalscorer in Turkey, and although many Goodison Park faithful will be apprehensive as he does not have Premier League experience, given his quality and his experience in Europe, they should remain optimistic.
