Walcott, who has 47 international caps under his belt, has managed only 47 minutes of Premier League football this season.
The England international has been linked with a move to Everton, according to Liverpool Echo, with Sam Allardyce being an admirer of his talents.
The report from the Echo claims that Allardyce is weighing up whether to launch a raid for the player in the January transfer window.
Everton have already made enquiries about the player’s availability in January, according to the Mail, and this latest report may provide them with encouragement to move on with a concrete offer next month.
Walcott scored against Bate Borisov in Arsenal’s final Europa League game, but he has not started a Premier League game this season.
