Marco Silva will be hoping Everton can secure a top 10 finish at the end of the season after winning two games on the bounce in the Premier League.

In recent seasons, Everton have spent a lot of money in the transfer market only to make little or no progress with a number of managers coming and going during that period.
One piece of the jigsaw that has been missing on the blue half of Merseyside has been an out-and-out striker finding the back of the net on a consistent basis. That could soon be coming to an end.
The Sun recently claimed that the Toffees have joined the £40 million race to sign Bournemouth powerhouse Callum Wilson in the summer, with the likes of West Ham and Leicester the other interested parties.
Either way, potentially signing the 27-year-old when the transfer window re-opens could prove to be Everton’s best capture since they signed Romelu Lukaku on a permanent basis in 2014.
The Belgium international, who was snapped up by Manchester United in 2017, enjoyed a number of fruitful seasons at Goodison Park and there is no doubt that the club have missed his goals.
Whilst Wilson may not be able to match the talents of Lukaku, he can still be that focal point, that constant threat and that bully they require in the final third.

The likes of Bernard, Richarlison and Gylfi Sigurdsson are highly-talented and technical players who can make the ball talk, but they have been missing that one player who can find the back of the net. Step forward, Wilson.
There is no doubt that Tottenham hitman Harry Kane is England’s best striker, but Wilson is potentially second best, which is something when you consider the goalscoring machine Kane is.
Nonetheless, if Everton can sign Wilson then he does have the ability, with the creative players around him, to produce the goods on a regular basis.
He has the ability to drop deep and use his feet or use his pace and power to run at opposition defenders. If not, he has showcased that he can be a real threat in the six-yard box alone with his movement and ability to score all types of goals.
Over the course of this season, the Coventry-born player has scored 11 Premier League goals from 24 matches and he has supplied seven assists along the way too [transfermarkt].
