Everton-owned Ipswich Town central defender Matthew Pennington has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Swansea City.
Ipswich got the better of Swansea 3-2 away from home at the Liberty Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Pennington, who joined Ipswich on loan from Premier League club Everton in the summer transfer window, started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes.
The 23-year-old central defender – who spent the 2017-18 campaign on loan at Leeds United – has taken to Twitter to revel in the win, with some Ipswich fans responding to his message on the social networking site.
