Everton are being offered the chance to sign Newcastle United winger Ryan Fraser during this months’ transfer window.
That’s according to iNews, who claim that Fraser has been offered to Everton as Newcastle look to offload the winger.
The Athletic reported on Monday that Fraser is free to leave Newcastle with Eddie Howe willing to let him leave the club.
Howe has previously called Fraser an ‘incredible talent’ but it looks like he will be on the move in the next couple of weeks.
Fraser is a fringe player at Newcastle but earns a hefty wage at around £63,000-a-week according to Salary Sport.
Fraser has only started three Premier League games for Newcastle this season and the time has come for him to go.

Everton need all the help they can get amid Ryan Fraser offer
Everton are bound to be offered a number of attacking players during this month’s transfer window.
The Toffees have been struggling for goals and creativity this season, leaving them in danger of relegation.
Frank Lampard needs to find some more attacking talent this month given that summer signings Neal Maupay and Dwight McNeil have yet to impress.
Fraser would be competition for Demarai Gray and Anthony Gordon out wide and may be a solid addition if not exactly a spectacular coup.
Fraser has previously shown his Premier League quality, racking up seven goals and 14 assists in the 2018-19 campaign.
The Scotland international hasn’t quite managed to recapture that kind of form though and is barely featuring for Newcastle.
Fraser would surely jump at the chance to join Everton this month and it’s now over to Frank Lampard and Kevin Thelwell to decide whether the 28-year-old should be targeted this month.
