The Daily Mirror claim Liverpool, Southampton and Tottenham are interested in the 21-year-old assist machine, who has scored seven goals this season as well as creating another eight strikes in just 28 league and cup appearances.
The one-time England Under-21 international boasts impeccable technical ability, able to use both feet. He is also pretty quick, and boasts an eye for goal as well as the vision to unlock a defensive line.
Although Everton are already well stocked in the number 10 position, Wayne Rooney has begun to drop deeper while Davy Klaassen is yet to show the kind of quality required to play in the Premier League.
It should convince Allardyce that a move for the youngster will not only prove to be a beneficial signing in the future, but he can act as more than adequate cover right now in his Everton side.
