The Toffees are looking for a new manager following the sacking of Rafael Benitez.
The Mirror have reported that Lampard is one of the managers under consideration at Everton.

Everton owner Farhad Moshiri admires AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho as well, according to The Mirror.

Would Frank Lampard be good for Everton?
In our view, Lampard would be a good managerial appointment for Everton.
Now, of course, Roberto Martinez and Jose Mourinho are arguably better candidates than the 43-year-old Englishman, who has won 70 out of 141 matches he has been in charge of as a manager.
However, Lampard is a good manager in his own right, as we saw when he was at Derby and then at Chelsea.
The former England international midfielder led Derby to the Championship playoff final and guided Chelsea to the Premier League top four.
Everton do have a good team, and a young and dynamic manager such as Lampard would help the Toffees progress and move forward.
