Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that Coquelin might leave, but could Everton be the midfielder’s destination?

Bookmakers Bet Victor have installed Everton as second favourites to sign Arsenal’s Francis Coquelin this month.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger told the Evening Standard on Tuesday that Coquelin’s exit is a possibility, but denied any contact with linked club West Ham United.

The Independent reported on Tuesday that the Frenchman would be open to joining Valencia, should the Spanish side agree a fee with the Gunners.
Nevertheless, it is West Ham who currently lead the betting at 2/1, ahead of 4/1 Everton.
Everton could also be in the market for a defensive midfielder this month, after making slow progress on their proposed move for Sevilla’s Steven N’Zonzi.

However, whether or not the Toffees would be interested in Coquelin, who has only made one Premier League start all season, remains to be seen.
Watford (6/1), Leicester City, West Bromwich Albion, Stoke City and Swansea City (all 8/1) also feature on Bet Victor’s list of potential destinations for the 26-year-old.
Would Coquelin be a good signing for Everton?
