With the January window just around the corner, Everton have started to put together a list of possible signings.

Joshua Zirkzee of Manchester United has been linked to a move to Goodison Park.

Ivan Toney and Richarlison are also being mentioned, but neither deal appears likely at this point.

A new report has now surfaced, this time linking the club with a return for an old face.

On his Patreon, Alan Nixon reports that Everton are planning a move for Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson in the January window.

Robinson came through Everton’s youth system, making 29 appearances for the reserves before being sold to Wigan Athletic.

At 28, Robinson is now considered one of the top full-backs in the league, and a fee of around £25m could reportedly be enough to tempt Fulham into selling.

There is also mention that Robinson might be open to a return home, making this deal seem quite plausible.

A potential swap deal has also been mentioned as another way Everton could look to get the transfer done.

Vitali Mykolenko could be on his way out

The Blues look like they are preparing for life after Vitali Mykolenko. The left-back is out of contract next summer, and so far there has not been any movement towards an extension.

Adding to that, signing Robinson would be a clear sign that Everton are not planning on keeping him around long-term.

Moyes is reportedly keen on Adam Aznou and sees him as part of the club’s future plans. If Aznou stays, it could leave both him and Robinson competing for minutes next season.

The youngster is being linked with a loan move in January, so he can get regular playing time and continue developing his game.
