Everton’s defence is currently breaking records, ranking third across Europe.

Ronald Koeman has already put his stamp on Everton’s team by sorting out the major problem that affected the Blues last season – defence.

Everton have conceded just five goals this season, the Toffees also haven’t conceded more than a single goal in any Premier League game. The Blues record of conceding 105 goals across the last two seasons looks unlikely to repeat itself.

Everton face Manchester City on Saturday following the international break, with the Blues impressive record, the toffees have got the squad and ability to close down Pep Guardiola’s team and prevent City from scoring.
