Adding a huge presence like 6ft 5in Mina could help, with a £17million price tag allegedly on the Colombian.
Mina is out of contract in 2023 and Everton may choose to sell soon before his value dips.
When you add in that Mina keeps suffering injuries, selling him could be appealing to Everton.
AC Milan are thought to be interested too, though the Newcastle interest has sparked reactions from supporters.
